OK, now we’re getting into our dirty little pleasures: celebrity gossip. There’s nothing wrong with checking in every once in awhile and seeing what craziness our favorite celebs are up to. Of course, there are the typical entertainment news outlets that we can turn to, like Us or OK!, but sometimes we just want the scandalous details from someone a little less conventional.

Mashable recently put out a list of 10 Twitter accounts you can follow for the latest and greatest celeb gossip. Some of those who made the list include Harvey Levin, the founder of the beloved TMZ, as well as our fav (or not-so-fav) gossip queen, Perez Hilton.

Check out the rest who made the list here.

Snapchat is all the buzz right now. Ever since it’s initial release in September 2011, it has ben steadily growing, but in the last year it has definitely boomed in popularity. On Tuesday a company spokesperson said that “Snapchat users send 400 million ‘snaps'” a day. This includes both pictures and videos. That number has jumped from the 200 million sent back in June. I’m sure this has a lot to do with why Facebook recently offered the company to buy it for $3 million, but to no avail.

However, what is most interesting is that according to a Mashable article, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel stated that 70% of the app’s users are female. This information comes from a new report that was shared with other metrics at a private conference hosted by Goldman Sachs in Las Vegas this past Wednesday.

I myself jumped on the Snapchat bandwagon late, but I have noticed that a lot of the ‘snaps’ I receive are from women. And I am a woman myself, so I don’t doubt this new report at all. Although, I will say that more of the amusing ‘snaps’ I receive come from my male Snapchatters, how about you?
